Friday: Work's over! Time to enjoy the weekend with friends, parties, and relaxation. We love our weekends.
Saturday: Freedom to do whatever we want. This is the life!
Sunday morning: Relaxing, exercising, seeing friends and family, and enjoying hobbies. Who doesn't love Sunday mornings?
Then, Sunday afternoon arrives. We start thinking about Monday morning but try to ignore it and keep enjoying ourselves.
Suddenly, it's Sunday evening. Where did the weekend go? The dread of Monday morning sets in. This is Sunday Night Syndrome.
