Core Strengths and the Strength Deployment Inventory® 2.0
Core Strengths is the revised and updated assessment and training offered by Personal Strengths Publishing,
provider of the Strength Deployment Inventory® 2.0 (SDI® 2.0)
The SDI® 2.0 is a powerful and memorable psychometric tool that helps us to positively manage interpersonal and communication issues. It can be accessed via an app for ongoing future reference and communication guidance day to day.
Why is it so powerful?
Many of the challenges faced in business are related to issues of poor communication and poor relationships.
When relationships are weak or problematic, results are always affected.
Conversely, great inter-personal understanding and strong relationships enables innovation, resilience, personal
and team growth and positively impacts results.
One to One coaching
One to one coaching, based on the insights gained from completing the SDI® 2.0, is offered to help individuals
in resolving current relationship challenges and equip them with invaluable insights for building
effective relationships in the future.
Team Effectiveness Workshops
The team programmes can be delivered either in person over either one full day or two half days or over 3 separate online sessions, to provide the team with a framework and a common language for being able to see each other
as we really are and to build more positive and powerful working relationships.
All materials used are authorised SDI® materials purchased from Core Strengths
